Design features such as gradients or shadows that used to be created and then called as images on the page are now simply called by css code. Transition effects that used to require full javascript libraries can now be called with less than 1kb of text. Rounded corners that used to require upwards of eight wrapping div elements can now be done with a single element. What does this mean for you? In addition to a great template we introduce the S5 Flex Menu system! This is a very powerful plugin that provides functionality far beyond what the standard Joomla menu system can provide. This plugin is intended to be as an extension of the existing menu system to add features such as multiple columns, modules loaded directly into the menu columns, group sub menu items into the same column or fly out, sub texts for each menu item, menu icon images, multiple javascript effects and much more!

The S5 Flex Menu system is a very powerful plugin that provides functionality far beyond what the standard Joomla menu system can provide. This plugin is intended to be as an extension of the existing menu system in Joomla to add many new features! Please see the full list of features below.
This menu system works off of the core Joomla mootools script so no extra javascript library is needed and keep download sizes to a minimum. Also, if you do not want to use this menu you can simply turn it it off from the template configuration page.
